Cohort members are required to attend orientation, the fall retreat, as well as monthly courses. Each participant will review and sign a participation agreement before beginning ILD.

The ILD class meets monthly from September through May for a full-day session. (Note: This may shift from year to year, depending on holidays, etc.) Additional special events include the orientation and kick-off retreat in late August/early September as well as capstone presentations and graduation in May. Participants will also meet monthly with their mentor. One or more seasonal sessions may be held throughout the year. These are optional and typically take place over breakfast or lunch.
